Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá autoevaluační činností na malotřídní základní škole a to především některými oblastmi, které se týkají vztahů mezi pracovníky a vedení školy při kontrolní činnosti práce učitelů. Výzkum byl prováděn na jedné malotřídní základní škole formou dotazníků, které byly rozdány zaměstnancům školy, zastupitelům obce a rodičům žáků. Druhá část výzkumu se zaměřuje na kontrolu práce učitelů. V této práci byla vybrána a použita metoda hospitační činnosti. Výsledkem průzkumu je zhodnocení, jak jednotlivé skupiny vnímají klima vybrané školy a jaké výsledky přinesla analýza závěru z hospitací.This thesis deals with the self-evaluation activity at first grade of elementary school, especially with the certain issues concerning the relationship between the employees and the school management. These problems were being observed during the hospitations of the teachers' work. One of these parts spheres is the climate of the school. The research was conducted at a few-class village elementary school through the questionnaries that were distributed to the school employees, representatives of the village and to the students' parents. The second part is aimed to controlling and monitoring of the work eachers´ work. In this thesis was used the method of inspection activitiest at the elementary school. The result of the research is evalution how the particular groups understand the school climate and which conclusions have been found in a sample of the realized lessons.
