Bakalářská práce "Vnitřní komunikace školy" se zabývá možnostmi vnitřní komunikace ve školách. V teoretické části vymezuje pojmy, funkce, typy a druhy komunikace. Představuje firemní komunikaci ve vnějším a vnitřním prostředí. Ukazuje funkce a druhy vnitřní komunikace v organizaci. Zaměřuje se na vnitřní a vnější komunikaci ve škole, vyčleňuje funkce a druhy komunikace, které škola využívá. Popisuje pedagogickou komunikaci s jejími funkcemi. Empirická část analyzuje komunikaci mateřské školy vybrané pro výzkum. Zkoumá nastavený systém vnitřní komunikace mateřské školy.This work deals with possibilities of internal communication in schools. In the theoretical part it describes basic fundamentals, functions, types and various kinds of communication. Corporate communication in external and internal environment is introduced. The focus is on communication in school, with instruments of internal and external communication singled out. Pedagogical communication and its functions are characterized. The empirical part presents a kindergarden chosen for the research. It analyzes the system of internal communication in the kindergarden.
