Tato kvalifikační práce se zabývá vývojem prostorové struktury obce Lutín. Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza leteckých snímků v různých časových horizontech. Tato analýza se opírá o postupný historický vývoj sledovaného území. Téměř do konce 19. století byl Lutín typickou zemědělskou obcí. Důležitým zlomem ve vývoji obce bylo založení továrny bratří Sigmundů (Sigma Lutín). Vznik tovární výroby zásadně ovlivnil vývoj prostorové struktury v následujících letech. Díky zvyšujícímu se počtu zaměstnanců docházelo k výstavbě nových rodinných domů. Negativním zásahem do urbanistické struktury obce po roce 1945 bylo rozšíření původně malé továrny na rozsáhlý areál, který svou velikostí způsoboval značné problémy v sociální i prostorové struktuře obce. Tento krok s sebou přinesl další negativní efekty a problémy se kterými se obec potýkala velmi dlouhou dobu. Zajištění ubytování zaměstnanců Sigmy Lutín si postupem času vyžádalo výstavbu sídliště panelových domů, která zcela nevyhovuje potřebám současných obyvatel tohoto sídliště. Po roce 1989 dochází k postupné transformaci podniku Sigma. Díky tomuto faktu přichází továrna o část svých pozemků. Tyto pozemky začínají využívat nové podnikatelské subjekty.This thesis deals with the development of the spatial structure of the village Lutín. The main objective of this work is the analysis of aerial photographs in different time horizons. This analysis is based on the progressive historical development of the monitored area. Almost to the end of the 19th century Lutín was a typical agricultural village. An important break in the development of this community was the establishment of the factory by brothers Sigmund, which was called Sigma Lutín. The emergence of factory production significantly influenced the development of spatial structure in the following years. With the increasing number of employees were built new houses. Negative interference in the urban structure of the village in 1945 was an extension of originally small factory to the large complex, which in size caused significant problems in the social and spatial structure of the village. This step had brought negative effects and problems which affected the municipality for a very long time. The staff accommodation of Sigma Lutín over time required to build housing block of flats, which does not satisfy the needs of current residents of this settlement. After 1989 there is a gradual transformation of the company Sigma. With this fact the factory looses part of its land. These lands are used by the new businesses.
