Práce je zaměřena na kriticky ohrožený druh Eubranchipus grubii, který je především ovlivňován úbytkem vhodných biotopů, jimiž jsou malé a střední vodní plochy - periodické tůně a lesní rozlivy v lužních lesích. Výzkum probíhal na dvou lokalitách v CHKO Litovelské Pomoraví a jedné lokalitě na Jižní Moravě v jarní periodické tůni a lesním rozlivu. Cílem práce bylo získat více informací o populacích Eubranchipus grubii a zjistit rozdíly v rychlosti růstu na jednotlivých lokalitách mezi jarní periodickou tůní a lesním rozlivem a rozdíly srovnat v jednotlivých letech. Výzkum probíhal ve třech letech (2010, 2011, 2012) a pro srovnání byla přidána data ze starší studie v roce 2008. Na všech lokalitách byly zjištěny rozdíly v rychlosti růstu jedinců a jejich velikosti, závislost počtu vajíček na velikosti samic se nepodařilo prokázat. Při studii distribuce vajíček bylo zjištěno větší množství vajíček v střední části tůně a také na severní straně tůně.This diploma thesis is aimed on an endangered species Eubranchipus grubii, which is first of all influenced by decrease of suitable habitats, such as small and middle water sheets - periodic pools and forest flooding in a floodplain forest. The research was held in two areas, the protected landscape area Litovelské Pomoraví and in the South Moravia, in the spring periodic pools and the forest flooding. The aim of the thesis was to gather more informations about the populations of Eubranchipus grubii and reveal the differences in the growth rate between spring periodic pools and forest flooding on several localities. Data from three years (2010, 2011, 2012) were obtained and compared and additional data from older thesis from 2008 were used. Differences in the rate of the growth and size of the individuals were revealed in all localities, however no relationship between the egg counts and the size of the female wasnt documented. A pattern in the egg spatial distribution was found, they were the most abundant in the middle and north side of the pool.
