O životních nárocích vranky pruhoploutvé (Cottus poecilopus) máme poměrně málo informací. V této práci bylo hodnoceno 9 lokalit na třech tocích v povodí Rožnovské Bečvy, na 3 úsecích se sledovaný druh nevyskytuje. Nepřítomnost byla potvrzena elektro odlovem. V roce 2010 a 2011 bylo hodnoceno 18 vybraných faktorů ? fyzikálně-chemické vlastnosti vody, množství makrozoobentosu a preferované potravy, granulometrie a hydroekologický monitoring toků. Na lokalitách bez přítomnosti vranky byly prokazatelně vyšší teploty, konduktivita, pH naopak nižší množství kyslíku, redox-potenciál a potravně preferované čeledi makrozoobentosu. Výsledky lépe objasňují biologické a ekologické nároky vranky.The life demands sculpin (Cottus poecilopus) have relatively little information. In this study evaluated 9 localities on three streams in the watershed Roznovska Bečva, into 3 sections of the monitored species is absent. Absence was confirmed by electro fishing. In 2010 and 2011 were evaluated 18 selected factors - physical-chemical properties of water, number of macroinvertebrate and preferred food, granulometry and hydroecological monitoring flows. At locations without the presence of sculpin were significantly higher temperature, conductivity, pH, but lower amounts of oxygen, redox potential and preferred food macroinvertebrate families. The results explain of better biological and ecological requirements of sculpin.
