Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku komunikace se seniory. Zabývá se pohledem na seniory v kontextu pečovatelské služby a seniory představuje jako skupinu klientů se specifickými potřebami, problémy, specifickým způsobem života i hodnotovým světem. Všímá si změn souvisejících se stářím a jejich promítnutí do principů komunikace. Cílem práce je popsat specifika komunikace se seniory v rámci pečovatelské služby a formulovat zásady komunikace se seniory pro sociální pracovníky pečovatelské služby.This Bachelor thesis is focused on the communication issues with seniors. It deals with the point of view of seniors in the context of care service and it introduces seniors as a group of clients with the specific needs, problems and lifestyle as well as a value of the world. It pays attention to changes associated with aging and their projection into the principles of communication. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to describe the specifics of the communication with seniors in the framework of care service and to formulate the principles of the communication with seniors for social workers in care service.
