Tato práce pojednává o teorii a praxi překladu právní terminologie. V první části je věnována pozornost právní terminologii a jejím specifikům, krátce je zmiňován i právní jazyk. V teoretické části je dále popsán proces překladu právního termínu jakožto i překladatelské možnosti. Praktická část je zaměřena na popisu databází právních terminologií a dále na organizace, které se zaměřují na překlad právních textů a překladu právních termínů.This thesis deals about the theory and practise of the translation of the legal terminology. The first chapter focuses on the legal terminology and specifics of it. It is also mentioned the term 'legal language'. Theoretical part describes also the proces of the translation and also the translation possiblities. Practical part focuses on the description of the databses of legal terminology. Organisations who wordks with the translation of legal texts and translation of legal terminology are also mentioned.
