Cílem této práce byla syntéza derivátů cytokininů pomocí xanthinoxidasy. Xanthinoxidasa je enzym nezbytný pro metabolismus purinů. Protože cytokininy jsou deriváty purinu, byla vyslovena myšlenka, že v rostlinném organismu se xanthinoxidasa účastní i metabolismu cytokininů. Pro stanovení předpokládaných metabolitů v rostlinném materiálu jsou potřebné standardy, avšak tyto sloučeniny dosud nebyly připraveny chemickou cestou. Byly proto hledány optimální podmínky pro enzymovou syntézu. Tři ze zkoumaných cytokininů byly oxidovány snadno, další tři méně snadno a jeden téměř vůbec. Pro jeden z cytokininů byly deriváty připraveny v semipreparativním měřítku.The aim of this thesis was the synthesis of cytokinin derivatives through xanthine oxidase. Xanthine oxidase is the enzyme needed for the metabolism of purines. Because of the fact that cytokinins are purine derivatives, the idea of xanthine oxidase participation in cytokinin metabolism in plants has been presented. To determine assumed metabolites in the plant material, their standards are needed. These compounds, however, have not been chemically prepared before. The optimal conditions for the enzymatic synthesis were therefore investigated. Three of the tested cytokinins were oxidized easily, other three cytokinins less easily, and one of them was hardly oxidized. The derivatives for one of the compounds have been prepared in the semipreparative scale.
