Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce je popísať problematiku odklonov v českom trestnom poriadku so zameraním na podmienené zastavenie trestního stíhania a narovnanie. V úvodnej kapitole je vymedzený pojem odklon, historický vývoj, podstata a účel konania o odklonoch. Hlavná časť práce je venovaná rozboru platnej právnej úpravy podmieneného zastavenia a narovnania, v ďalšej kapitole je predstavený inštiút skráteného konania v SRN a jeho porovnanie s právnou úpravou v Českej republike.The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the issue of the Diversions in the Criminal Procedure with focus on the Conditional Discontinuance of the Criminal Prosecution and the Settlement. In introduction is dedicated to define concept of the Diversions, historical development, substance and purpose of Diversions. The main section of the thesis analyses the current legal regulations concerning of the Conditional Discontinuance of the Criminal Prosecution and the Settlement. The following chapter is aimd at the Institute of the Accelerated proceedings in Germany and the comparison of Czech current legal regulations and german current legal regulations.
