Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití motivace učitelů a vychovatelů při práci s dětmi s nařízenou ústavní výchovou. První, teoretická část objasňuje pojmy týkající se motivace, ústavní a ochranné výchovy. Ve druhé části je u učitelů a vychovatelů zjišťováno metodou strukturovaného rozhovoru využití motivace při práci s dětmi s nařízenou ústavní výchovou, spokojenost se současnou legislativou.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide information about the usage of motivation. The motivation is necessary for the teachers and the educators working with children in conditions of institutional nurture. The first, theoretical part of this thesis clarifies the key words dealing with motivation, institutional and preventive nurture. The second part of this thesis is practical. The aim of this part is to find out hou the teachers and the educators use the motivation while they are working with children in conditions of institutional nurture. Moreover, this thesis is concentrated on the teachers and the educators opinions of contemporary legislative. The investigative method used in this thesis is the structured interview.
