Práce se zabývá jazykem chatu ve španělštině. V teoretické části rozebíráme problematiku komunikace na internetu všeobecně a definujeme komunikaci na chatu. Zmiňujeme se o principu ekonomie v jazyce a o rozdílech mezi mluvenou a psanou formou jazyka. Na základě konkrétních replik ze španělských volně dostupných chatů v části praktické sledujeme tuto jazykovou variantu zejména po stránce grafické, ortografické, lexikální a diskurzívní.The topic of the thesis is Language of Chat in Spanish. In the teoretical part, the Internet communication is discussed, along with the definition of the chat communication. The principle of language economy and the differences between the writen and spoken language are mentioned. On the basis of real examples from Spanish chatrooms accessibles for free, the graphical, orthographical, lexical and discursive features of the language variety in question are analised in the practical part of the work.
