Pomocí povrchové elektromyografie byla snímána elektrická aktivita svalů u pacientů s Parkinsonovou nemocí při vstávání ze sedu a stoji na preferované dolní končetině. Elektromyografický signál byl snímán bilaterálně ze čtyř svalů (m. tibialis anterior, m. gastrocnemius ? pars medialis, m. gluteus maximus, mm. erectores spinae). Hodnotíme pořadí zapojení jednotlivých svalů (timing) a dobu trvání od začátku aktivace svalu po dosažení maxima této aktivace (peak). Hlavním cílem je srovnání naměřených výsledků v roce 2005 a v roce 2009 u stejné skupiny pacientů s Parkinsonovou nemocí.Electrical activity in skeletal muscles was measured and evaluated using surface electromyography (EMG) in patients with Parkinson?s disease. Measurements were taken in patients during the physical activity of standing up from a sitting position and while standing on their preferred lower extremity. Elecromyographic signals were taken bilaterally from four muscles? (m. tibialis anterior, m. gastrocnemius (pars medialis), m. gluteus maximus, and mm. erectores spinae). We evaluated the order of individual muscle activity engagement (timing) and duration from the muscle activation start till its maximum (peak). The main objective is to compare the recorded results of the same group of Parkinson?s patients in the year 2005 and in the year 2009.
