Typická je ageneze septum pellucidum, částečná nebo úplná ageneze corpus callosum a malformace fornixu. Mohou být i abnormality endokrinního systému, v rozsahu od izolovaných deficiencí (deficience růstového hormonu, hypotyroidismus, diabetes insipidus, diabetes mellitus) až po panhypopituitarismus.
