Note	Hlavní enzym cytochromu P-450, který je indukovatelný fenobarbitalem jak v játrech, tak v tenkém střevě. Je aktivní v metabolismu sloučenin jako pentoxyresorufin, testosteron a androstendion. Tento enzym, kódovaný genem CYP2B1, také zprostředkovává aktivaci cyklofosfamidu a ifosfamidu na mutageny.
