Note	Léky užívané k rozpouštění krevních sraženin, např. u akutního infarktu myokardu nebo u trombóz. Aktivují plasminogen. Látky s f. účinkem existují i v lidském organismu a rovněž se léčebně využívají - urokináza a zejm. rekombinantní tPA (alteplasum, resp. reteplasum). Fibrinolyticky působí rovněž streptokináza. (cit.
