    NoteHematologické vyšetření umožňující odhalit protilátky proti červeným krvinkám. Užívá se při vyšetřování hemolytických anemií (autoprotilátky) a před transfuzí (protilátky proti cizím krvinkám). Používá se antiglobulinové sérum, které při pozitivním výsledku testu způsobí aglutinaci erytrocytů, které na sobě mají vázány autoprotilátky. (Cit.
