Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými vyšetřovacími metodami zadního segmentu oka. V úvodu práce je stručně popsána anatomie a patologie zadního segmentu oka. V dalších částech práce jsou postupně popsány fyzikální základy a technologie měřících metod používaných pro vyšetřovaní zadního segmentu oka. Konkrétně se jedná o SLP, OCT a cSLO. V závěru každé kapitoly je charakterizováno zařízení, které využívá popsanou technologii. Poslední kapitolou a vrcholem práce je srovnání zmíněných zařízení.This bachelor thesis deals with selected measurement methods of the posterior segment of the eye. In the first part of the thesis there is brief characterization of the anatomy and pathology of the posterior segment of the eye. In the following part there are descriptions of the physics and technologies behind measurement methods of the posterior segment of the eye. Specifically there are descriptions of SLP, OCT and cSLO. These devices are also compared at the end of the thesis.
