Práce se zabývá mapingem výzkumných snah využití psychedelických látek v terapii. Přiblížuje výzkumy na poli psychoterapie provedené Stanislavem Grofem, Timothym Learym a Milanem Hausnerem. Popisuje psychedelické látky a jejich účinky na tělo. Dále se práce věnuje výzkumu s Ayahuascou a krátce popisuje její propojení s šamanistickými praktikami. V závěru popisuje možnosti využití alternativních přístupů do expresivních terapií.The thesis is concerned with investigating the scientific attempts to use psychedelic substances in therapy. In the thesis the research in the field of psychotherapy conducted by Stanislav Grof, Timothy Leary and Milan Hausner is described. The thesis further elaborates the specifics of psychedelic substances and their effects on human body. The thesis then focuses on the reasearch of Ayahuasca and briefly describes the connection between native shamanistic practices and the plant. Finally, the possibilities of using alternative approaches to expressive therapies are considered.
