Možné světy televizního zpravodajství [rukopis] / Marcela Janatová. -- 2009. -- 101 stran, 154 stran příloh : il., tab. -- Ved. práce Stanislav Hubík. -- Abstrakt: Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi aplikace koncepce možných světů a způsobů světatvorby Nelsona Goodmana v oblasti diskursu televizního zpravodajství. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na inspirační zdroje především z oblastí analytické a postanalytické filosofie, které formování Goodmanovy koncepce ovlivnily, a následně tematizuje možné aplikace této koncepce při analýze televizního zpravodajství. Empirická část práce poté prostřednictvím analýzy hlavních zpravodajských relací tří českých celoplošných televizních stanic ověřuje platnost Goodmanovy teorie v prostředí zpravodajského diskursu a prověřuje jím postulované způsoby světatvorby. Z argumentace v teoretické části práce i z výsledků analýz v empirické části vyplývá, že zpravodajství různých televizních stanic vytváří své vlastní, možné světy televizního zpravodajství. Tato zjištění jsou důležitá především z hlediska tvorby a implementace tzv. preferovaných významů do mediálních, resp. zpravodajských sdělení a také poukazují na relativitu jednotlivých možných světů televizního zpravodajství.. -- Abstrakt: The thesis is concerned with the possibilities to apply Nelson Goodman?s conception of possible worlds and ways of worldmaking in the realm of television news discourse. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the sources of inspiration particularly from the spheres of analytic and postanalytic philosophy, that influenced the forming of Goodman?s conception, and subsequently thematizes potential applications of this conception to analysis of television news. Thereafter, the empirical part through analysis of news broadcast of three Czech full-area television stations verifies the operation of Goodman?s theory in the realm of news discourse and examines the ways of worldmaking postulated by Goodman. The argumentation in the theoretical part and the results of analyses in the empirical part of the thesis show, that news of different television stations creates their own, possible worlds of television news. These findings are important particularly in terms of production and implementation of so called preferred meanings into media or news content and also indicate the relativity of particular possible worlds of television news.
