Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů. Zabývá se stravovacími zvyklostmi v obou zemích, základními složkami výživy, tradicemi a způsobem stravování v jednotlivých zemích. Praktická část se snaží na základě vypracovaného dotazníku zmapovat názory respondentů na toto téma. Získané informace jsem zpracovala a vyhodnotila. Výsledky jsou podrobněji popsány v částech diplomové práce - Výsledky a diskuze a Závěr. Snažila jsem se získat nejdůležitější fakta o stravovacích zvyklostech a životosprávě dospělé populace v daných zemích. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem 206 respondentů (110 v ČR a 96 ve SRN).. -- Abstrakt: This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of eating stereotypes of the adult population in the Czech Republic and Germany. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the explanation of the basic terms. It deals with the eating habits in both above mentioned countries, with the fundamental components of nutrition, traditions and ways of feeding in the particular country. The practical part of the thesis tries to chart the respondents' opinions to this topic on the basis of a designed questionnaire. The obtained information have been processed and evaluated. The results have been described in more detail in the parts of the thesis - ``Výsledky a diskuze" and ``Závěr". During the research I tried to gain the most important facts considering the eating habits of the adult population in the given countries. Altogether 206 respondents participated in the research, from these 110 people were from the Czech Republic and 96 from Germany.
