Intervence na ochranu vlastních občanů [rukopis] / Robert Šupola. -- 2023. -- 56 s.(112 019). -- Oponent Pavel Bureš. -- Ved. práce Ondřej Svaček. -- Abstrakt: V této diplomové práci s názvem Intervence na ochranu vlastních občanů jsem se zabýval legálností či nelegálností tohoto druhu intervence pohledem současného mezinárodního práva veřejného. Práce je pro čtenářův přehled rozdělena do čtyřech kapitol. Práce se pokouší definovat pojmy intervence a intervence na ochranu vlastních občanů, protože žádná takováto legální definice neexistuje. Zároveň uvádí mezinárodní pravidla pro použití síly a analyzuje tak Chartu OSN. Historický exkurs zároveň uvádí jednotlivé případy těchto intervencí a snaží se na nich ukázat společné znaky a názory aktérů na jejich legálnost. Stěžejní částí práce je pak analýza jednotlivých argumentů zastánců a odpůrců tohoto institutu a odpověď na otázku, zda je v kontextu mezinárodního práva takováto intervence legální.. -- Abstrakt: In this diploma thesis entitled Intervention to protect one's own citizens, I dealt with the legality or illegality of this type of intervention from the point of view of current international public law. The thesis is divided into four chapters for the reader's overview. The work attempts to define the concepts of intervention and intervention to protect one's own citizens, since no such legal definition exists. At the same time, it states the international rules for the use of force and thus analyzes the UN Charter. At the same time, the historical excursus presents individual cases of these interventions and tries to show the common features and views of the states on their legality. The core part of the work is the analysis of the individual arguments of supporters and opponents of this institute and the answer to the question of whether such an intervention is legal in the context of international law.
