Hodnocení svalové aktivity trupu volejbalistek při flexi a abdukci horních končetin pomocí poly-EMG [rukopis] / Pavlína Stojaspalová. -- 2021. -- 80 s. -- Ved. práce Amr Zaatar. -- Oponent Markéta Procházková. -- Abstrakt: Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení a srovnání svalové aktivity vybraných svalů trupu (konkrétně m. trapezius pars ascendens a descendens, m. latissimus dorsi a lumbální část mm. erectores spinae) při flexi a abdukci dominantní a nedominantní horní končetiny pomocí povrchové elektromyografie. Měření bylo provedeno na 15 hráčkách volejbalu v průměrném věku 22 let. Z naměřených hodnot byla určena intenzita zapojení (mean) daných svalů a srovnány rozdíly mezi svaly dominantní a nedominantní strany. Výsledky neprokázaly, existenci statisticky významného rozdílu mezi intenzitou zapojení na dominantní a nedominantní straně během elevačního pohybu zatížené horní končetiny. Statisticky významný rozdíl byl však nalezen u lumbální části mm. erectores spinae během pohybu z maximální flexe zpět do výchozího postavení končetiny. Dále při zkoumání metodou tensiomyografie nebyl nalezen statisticky významný rozdíl v kontraktilních vlastnostech mm. erectores spinae a m. latissimus dorsi dominantní a nedominantní strany. Statisticky významný rozdíl byl nalezen v případě pohybu trupu do lateroflexe vlevo a vpravo, který byl hodnocen pomocí systému Backscan?.. -- Abstrakt: The aim of the Master's thesis was to evaluate and compare muscular activities of selected trunk muscles (namely m. trapezius pars ascendens and descendens, m. latissimus dorsi and the lumbar part of mm. erectores spinae) in flexion and abduction of the dominant and non-dominant upper limb using the method of surface electromyography. The measurements were made on 15 female volleyball players of the average age of 22 years. From the measured values, contraction intensity (mean) of the selected muscles was detected and differences between the muscles on the dominant and non-dominant side were compared. The results didn't demonstrate that there is a statistically significant difference between contraction intensity on the dominant and non-dominant side during the elevation movement of the weight-bearing extremity. However, a statistically significant difference was detected in the lumbar part of mm. erectores spinae when moving from the maximum flexion back to the initial position of the limb. Furthermore, a statistically significant difference wasn't detected in the examination of contractile qualities of mm. erectores spinae and m. latissimus dorsi of the dominant and non-dominant side using the method of tensiomyography. A statistically significant difference was detected in the movement of the trunk to left and right lateroflexion, evaluated using the Backscan? system.
