(99 361 znaků). -- Ved. práce Martin Faix. -- Oponent Petr Stejskal. -- Abstrakt: Tato práce pojedná o intervenci na pozvání jako důvodu použití síly v mezinárodním právu. Jejím cílem je popsat tento institut z pohledu mezinárodního práva a podmínky jeho užití v rámci něj. Práce obsahuje historický kontext institutu, vymezení intervence na pozvání vůči jiným případům použití síly a jeho současnou podobu. Práce dochází k závěru, že intervence na pozvání není v rozporu se zákazem použití síly obsaženým v Chartě OSN, protože nenarušuje jeho kogentní podstatu. Práce hodnotí základní přístupy, které ve vztahu k institutu panují a konfrontuje je s praxí států. Na základě statistik případů práce dovozuje, že v současnosti se aplikuje intervence zpravidla kolektivním postupem s vědomím Rady bezpečnosti, případně regionálních organizací, a zohledňuje se kromě náležitostí pozvání také účel.. -- Abstrakt: This Master's Thesis deals with intervention by invitation as a reason for the use of force in international law. The target of the Master's Thesis is to describe this institution from the aspect of international law and conditions of its use within the international law. The text comprises a definition of applicable standards, the historical context of the institution, a definition of intervention by invitation in relation to other cases of the use of force and its present form. The Thesis concludes that the intervention by invitation is not at variance with the ban on the use of force included in the UN Charter because it does not trespass against its mandatory nature and represents a circumstance which precludes unlawfulness. Basic approaches prevailing in relation to this institution are assessed and they are confronted with practice of countries. It is inferred from the statistics for cases that collective interventions are usually applied at present with the awareness by the Security Council or regional organizations and the purpose of the intervention is also taken into account besides formal elements of the invitation. Such a purpose should result from basic principles of the United Nations.
