Práce popisuje rozdíly mezi pracovní pozicí asistenta pedagoga a osobním asistentem. Práce je dále zaměřena na legislativní vymezení inkluzivního vzdělávání, vysvětluje rozdíl mezi integrací a inkluzí, popisuje náležitosti individuálního vzdělávacího plánu. Stěžejní část diplomové práce je orientována na popis závěrů ze získaných dat průzkumu. Diplomová práce dále srovnává získaná data s informacemi z jiných šetření a výzkumů.. -- Abstrakt: The diploma thesis is focused on the legislative definition of the assistant teacher, his content and competencies. The thesis describes the differences between the position of the teaching assistant and the personal assistant. The work is further focused on the legislative definition of inclusive education, explains the difference between integration and inclusion, describes the requirements of an individual educational plan. The main part of the thesis is focused on the description of the conclusions from the survey data. The thesis also compares the obtained data with information from other surveys and researches.
