Jedná se o zákazníky navštěvující sportovní centrum Gurmán v Havířově. V První části práce se seznamujeme s teoretickými poznatky v oblasti trhu, marketingu, reklamy, služeb a charakteristiku zákazníka. Další částí je oblast praktická, kde se analyzuje trh v oblasti sportovního odvětví a zaměření je zde i na konkurenci. V neposlední řadě zjistíme potřeby zákazníka, nabídku i poptávku aktuálního trhu. Práce se zabývá také tím, jak získat nového zákazníka a jak si udržet zákazníka stálého, aby jsme stále drželi status spokojenosti. V tomto případě budeme pracovat s dotazníkem nejen v našem sportovním centru, ale i v podniku konkurence. Součástí bude také SWAT analýza, kde uvidíme jak silné a slabé stránky, tak i příležitosti a hrozby na základě situačního rozboru sportovního centra Gurmán.. -- Abstrakt: The diploma thesis deals with the overall customer satisfaction. These are customers visiting the Gurmán Sports Center in Havirov. In the first part of the work we getting to know about the theoretical knowledge in the field of marketing, marketing, advertising, services and customer characteristics. Another part is the practical part, here is the market analysis with sport and it also concentrate on the competition. Last but not least, we will identify the needs of the customer, the supply and demand of the current market. The work also deals with how to get a new customer and how to keep a customer standing so we still have a status of satisfaction. In this opportunity, we will work with a questionnaire not only in our sports center but also in the competition. SWAT analysis will also be part of where we will see both strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats based on the situational analysis of the Gurmán sports center.
