(114 908 znaků). -- Ved. práce Martin Fafejta. -- Oponent Jan Kalenda. -- Abstrakt: Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaký vliv měl v nacistickém Německu proces byrokratizace a racionalizace. Pod drobnohledem se taktéž ocitne konformní chování jedinců, jakožto další pilíř III. říše. Dále bude holocaust zkoumán, nikoli jako historická událost, ale jako produkt moderní společnosti. Zmíněné tři aspekty hrály klíčovou roli při realizaci systematické likvidace. Analýza se bude týkat především příčin úspěšnosti a efektivnosti holocaustu. V neposlední řadě budou zkoumány podpůrné faktory, a sice: národní stát, problematika kategorizace jedinců, propaganda a jazyk. Výsledkem sociologické analýzy bude přesah zkoumaných procesů do dnešních dní. Otázka, zdali je možné replikovat, v modifikované podobě, holocaust. Jaké jsou k dispozici nástroje použitelné k prevenci holocaustu.. -- Abstrakt: The aim of this work is to investigate the influence of the process of bureaucratization and rationalization had in the Nazi Germany. The conformist behavior of the individuals will be investigated too because it was the third base of the empire. Holocaust will be studied not as a historical event, but as a product of the modern era in which the three mentioned factors played a key role. The analysis will focus on particular causes of success and effectiveness of the Holocaust. Supportive aspects will be examined separately, such as: the nation-state, the issue of categorization of individuals, propaganda and language. The result of the sociological analysis will be confronted with the overlap of the processes happening in the present days. The question is whether it is possible to replicate in modified form the Holocaust and what tools are available to use to prevent the Holocaust.
