(165 792 znaků) + 1 CD ROM. -- Ved. práce Zuzana Burianová. -- Oponent Antonio Fernando Santos costa. -- Abstrakt: Hlavním tématem této práce je brazilská hudba, konkrétně samba a funk. Napříč těmito hudebními styly pozorujeme vývoj života ve favelách tak jako vliv, který je na ně vyvíjen dominantními sociálními třídami, většinou tak, že o tom obyvatelé favel ani nevědí. Úvod se zabývá původem favel a popisem jejich vývoje. Druhá část se věnuje sambě, která proslavila Brazílii. Narodila se ve favelách v čase otroctví a prezentuje jejich historii. I když vyšší vrstvy odsuzují tento ?negativní původ?, přizpůsobily a adoptovaly si sambu jako svoji vlastní. Třetí část je zaměřená na funk, který reprezentuje produkci mladé komunity ve favelách, která v něm tvrdě popisuje svůj svět. Hlavně v písních se sexuální tématikou můžeme pochopit, že jejich pravidla slušného chování jsou odlišná od těch našich. Některé texty funku jsou ovlivněny vyššími vrstvami, které využívají faktu, že obyvatelé favel nemají dostatečné vzdělání, aby mohli pochopit skrytou manipulaci. Tato práce poukazuje na fakt, že i když na sambě a funku můžeme analyzovat situaci favel, musíme být velice opatrní a vždy hledat skryté vnější ůmysly, jako jsou například předcházející ultranacionalistické politické strany, což nám pomůže dokázat, jak moc je tento kruh bludný.. -- Abstrakt: The major theme of this thesis is the Brazilian music, specifically focusing on Samba and Funk. Through them we can observe the evolution of life in the Favelas as well as the influence which is being applied by the dominant classes mostly without the inhabitants of the Favela realizing it. The introduction deals with the origin of the Favelas and the description of their evolution. Samba, which brought fame to Brazil, was born in the Favelas in the times of slavery and represents their history. Despite this ?negative origin? for the rich upper-class, they have adopted Samba as their own. Funk represents the production of the young community in Favelas, in which they roughly describe their world. Especially with the sexuality theme we can observe very different ethical codes from which we have. The lyrics of Funk on some occasions is influenced by rich upper -classes, which take advantage of the inhabitants of the Favelas due to the lack of education. This work also shows that even if through Samba and Funk we are able to analise the situation of the Favelas, however we have to be very careful and always search for external influences, as the politics of the previous ultranationalist governments, which help us understand how vicious the circle really is.
