(127 187 znaků) : il., grafy, tab. + 1 CD. -- Oponent Radmil Dvořák. -- Ved. práce Josef Urban. -- Abstrakt: Cílem této práce je zhodnocení vlivu vybraných direktivních technik (strečinku a měkkých a fasciových technik) na zkrácení svalů na zadní straně stehna (hamstringů) u mládežnických fotbalistů SK Sigma Olomouc. Dalším úkolem je zjistit rozdíl mezi autoterapií a heteroterapií a zhodnotit reliabilitu dat naměřených přístrojem DTP-2 a dvouramenným goniometrem. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 87 probandů, ale pro potřeby diplomové práce byli vybráni pouze hráči, u nichž byly naměřeny hodnoty poukazující na svalové zkrácení hamstringů. Ze zjištěných výsledků vyplývá, že přístroj DTP-2 měřil menší hodnoty než dvouramenný goniometr. Vzhledem k přísnějšímu kritériu naměřených hodnot přístrojem DTP-2 jsme považovali tuto metodu jako validnější. Rovněž stabilita všech tří měření metodou DTP-2 a goniometrem byla dobrá.. -- Abstrakt: The aim of this thesis is evaluation of the impact of chosen directive techniques (stretching and soft and fascial tissue techniques) directed at shortened muscles on the back side thight (hamstrings) of young footballers SK Sigma Olomouc. Next step is to discover a difference between autotherapy and heterotherapy and evaluate reliability of the figures measured by the device DTP-2 and two-arm goniometer. In the research 87 probands participated but due to the aim of this thesis there were chosen only such players whose measured figures indicated muscle shortening of hamstrings. From the results it follows that the device DTP-2 measures lower reading than the two-arm goniometer. For the sake of a strict criterion of the measured reading by the device DTP-2 we considered this technique as more valid. Similarly the stability of all three measurements by the DTP-2 and goniometer was good.
