Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice Legg-Calvé-Perthesovy choroby a možnosti její terapie. Teoretická část zahrnuje anatomii a kineziologii kyčelního kloubu, podrobný popis tohoto onemocnění a jeho konzervativní a chirurgickou léčbu. Praktická část práce je přehledem fyzioterapeutické péče o děti s tímto onemocněním. Popisuje fyzioterapii v pooperační péči a specifické konzervativní léčbě. Je zde obsažena také fyzikální terapie a balneologie u Legg-Calvé-Perthesovy choroby. Přehled léčebných poznatků je doplněn kazuistikou pacienta s touto problematikou.The bachelor thesis deals with the Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease and the possibilities of its treatment.The theoretical part consists of anatomy and kinesiology of a hip joint, of a detailed description of the disease and its conservative and surgical treatment. The practical part is a survey of a physiotherapist's care of the children with this disease. It also describes physiotherapy during a postoperative care and during a specific conservative treatment. The work also comprises physical therapy and spa rehabilitation of the Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease. The overview of therapeutic resources is complemented with a patient´s casuistry.
