Cílem práce je získat srovnání výskytu stresu manažerů Dražby.net s.r.o. s manažery ostatních společností a srovnat podoby a rozdíly v identifikaci a hodnocení konkrétních pracovních stresorů a jejich specifickou povahu. Práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část se věnuje oblasti stresu, jeho příčin a symptomů, okrajově problematice zvládání stresu a obranným mechanismům. Výzkumná část se zaměřuje na výstupy a výsledky výzkumu. Součástí je doporučení a návrh opatření, která mohou přispět ke snížení stresu a zátěže i prevenci jejich dopadů u manažerů obecně.. -- Abstrakt: This Bachelor thesis is based on the current issue of the workload and stress in the workplace. The aim of this work is to compare the incidence of stress in managers of the auction company Dražby.net s.r.o. and managers of other companies and to compare the similarities and differences when identifying and assessing the specific stress triggers at work and its specific characteristics. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and research part. The theoretical part is mainly dedicated to stress, its origin and symptoms. It marginally covers the topic of coping with stress and defence mechanisms. The research part focuses on the outputs and results of the research. It contains recommendations and suggestions of measures which can contribute to the decrease of stress and pressure and to the prevention of their impact on managers generally.
