V první části autorka popisuje potenciál a formy cestovního ruchu, stejně jako faktory ovlivňující cestovní ruch obou zemí. Další, stěžejní, část rozpracovává management a marketing aplikovaný na cestovní ruch obou států. Nakonec je sestaven přehled současných trendů a nastíněn budoucí vývoj turismu obou zemí. Práce zohledňuje jak teoretický, tak praktický rozměr.. -- Abstrakt: The thesis compares the activities of France and the Czech Republic carried out in the field of tourism. It is divided into three parts. In the first part the author describes the potential and forms of tourism, as well as factors affecting tourism in both countries. The next part, the fundamental one, deals with the management and marketing applied to the tourism of both countries. Finally, overviews of current trends and of the future development of tourism in both countries are present. The thesis reflects theoretical and practical dimension.
