Právní aspekty postavení a činnosti České národní banky [rukopis] / Magdaléna Tovar. -- 2011. -- Ved. práce Michael Kohajda. -- Oponent Taťána Špírková. -- Abstrakt: Předmětem diplomové práce na téma "Právní aspekty postavení a činnosti České národní banky" je existence České národní banky a její pozice z právního hlediska. V jednotlivých částech práce je zpracována historie centrálního bankovnictví v českých zemích, postavení a činnost ČNB v současné době, vznik a vývoj legislativy upravující ČNB a v neposlední řadě jsou brány na zřetel budoucí změny zákonné úpravy a celkové pozice ČNB v souvislosti se vstupem České republiky do EU, respektive do EMU, k čemuž se ČR zavázala. Stěžejní částí práce je ta, ve které se nachází detailní analýza vývoje zákona č. 6/1993 Sb., o ČNB.. -- Abstrakt: The objective of the thesis "The Legal Aspects of a Position and Activities of the Czech National Bank" is to analyze the existence of the CNB and its position in terms of law. This work contains chapters on different central bank issues, starting with the history of central banking in the area of present Czech Republic and succeeding with the chapter on current CNB´s position in banking system and its activities. The fundamental part of this thesis is focused on the development of Act No. 6/1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank and its changes till present day version. The last chapter of this thesis is concerned with the future changes the CNB must achieve in context of the Czech Republic´s process of integration into European structures and Eurozone.
