Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou teambildingu, jako nástroje pro změnu osobnostních a sociálních dimenzí a zlepšení týmové spolupráce jeho účastníků za použití dotazníků ICL a D-M-V. V teoretické části se autor věnuje typologii týkající se skupin, jejich sestavení, přeměny na fungující tým a dále rozvíjí aspekty týmové práce a týmů jako takových. Věnuje se také teambuildingu, teambuildingovým programům a jejich sestavení, zaměření a cílům. Ve výzkumné části srovnává jednotlivé osobnostní a sociální dimenze účastníků teambuildingového programu před a po jeho skončení. Tyto rozdíly a korelace se ukázaly být statisticky významné u některých dimenzí a hodnot.This diploma thesis deals with team building issues, both as tools for changing personal and social dimensions, and also improving the teamwork of its participants by using questionnaires, ICL and DMV. In the theoretical section of this thesis, the author deals with the typology of the groups, their compilation, conversion to a working team and further development of the aspects of teamwork and the team as such. It is also devoted to teambuilding, its programs and preparations, focuses and goals. The research section compares the different personal and social dimensions of teambuilding participants in the program, both before and after teambuilding programs. These differences and the correlation between them, were prove to be statistically significant in some of the dimensions and values.
