Tato práce pojednává o spoušťových bodech a účinnosti jednotlivých druhů jejich lokální terapie. První část popisuje, co to spoušťové body jsou, jaký je jejich klinický obraz, jaké jsou teorie jejich vzniku a jak se tyto body diagnostikují. Druhá část práce uvádí různé techniky lokální terapie a diskuze rozebírá názory na to, jak jsou tyto terapie v léčbě spoušťových bodů účinné.This work treats of the trigger points and effectivity of various kinds of their local therapy. In the first part there is describtion of the trigger points, e.g. their definition in itself, their clinical pictures, theories of their origin and the ways of their diagnostics. The second part of this document shows us various techniques of local therapy and discussion parses opinions on effect these therapies in treatment of trigger points.
