Předkládaná práce se věnuje astmatu pohledem chronického onemocnění a možnou příčinou zdravotního znevýhodnění či postižení. Praktická část obsahuje dva celky. První je zaměřen na práci s dostupnými definicemi pojmu chronická nemoc pro potřeby tvorby teoretických východisek i designování speciálně pedagogických výzkumných šetření. Celek druhý pak skrze rešeršní aktivity publikačních výstupů vymezuje přehled měřících nástrojů (dotazníků) užívaných u klientely s chronickým onemocněním-astmatem.The thesis is focusing on the asthma as a chronic disease and the cause of health disadvantage. Practical part of the thesis contains two sections. First one deals with available definitions of the chronic disease in a view of both the setting theoretical framework up and the special education research designing. Second one, via searching activities of publication outcomes specifies the summary of the available foreign measurement tools (questionnaires) used in the clients suffering from the asthma.
