Bakalářská práce se zabývá prožíváním úzkosti a strachu ze smrti u zdravotních sester pracujících na resuscitačních odděleních. Vypovídá o vlivu péče na psychickou a emocionální stránku sester pečujících o umírající na ARO. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak dalece ovlivňuje péče o umírající jejich vlastní myšlenky na smrt a umírání, co jim pomáhá se s touto psychicky velmi náročnou prací vyrovnávat a zda k tomu nějakým způsobem může přispět jejich zaměstnavatel. Pro empirickou část práce byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum, technika sběru dat strukturovaný dotazník. Výsledky šetření jsou shrnuty v diskusi a závěru práce.The bachelor degree thesis is devoted to the issue of feeling anxiety and fear of death by the nurses working at Critical Care Wards (?ARO? wards in the Czech Republic). The work considers the influence of the provided care on the psychical and emotional aspects of the nurses who take care of dying patients at Critical Care Wards. The aim of this work is to find out how much the care of dying patients itself can influence nurses? own attitude towards death and dying. Various ways of possible help for nurses to overcome difficulties of their psychically demanding work are discussed here as well as the possible support from their employer in this matter. The quantitative research and the structured questionnaire technique have been used in the empirical part of the work. The results of the search are sumarized in the discussion and the conclusion of the work.
