Obsahem je rovněž hodnocení aktuální právní úpravy a úvahy de lege ferenda.. -- Abstrakt: This thesis work deals with the offence of intoxication that is examined here on the basis of the valid and effectual penal code as well as on the basis of the previous legal regulations and its evolution. Procedural aspects that are in a relation with this offence and the comparison with the foreign laws are included too herein. The object matter of this work is to provide an evaluation of the actual legal enactment and to offer some suggestions and reccommendations de lege ferenda.
