Práce se věnuje problematice optimalizace počtu ošetřovatelského personálu na anesteziologicko-resuscitačních odděleních Nemocnice s poliklinikou Karviná-Ráj. Pro výpočet počtu ošetřovatelského personálu byla využita metoda kvantifikace ošetřovatelské péče PhDr. Pochylé. Důležitým obsahem práce je kvantitativní výzkumné zjišťování časové náročnosti ostatní ošetřovatelské péče. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, že personální vybavení pracoviště v Orlové odpovídá zjištěným požadavkům a na pracovišti v Karviné je třeba ošetřovatelský personál navýšit.The thesis deals with optimisation of the nursing staff headcount at the Anaesthetic/Resuscitation Departments of the Hospital and Health Centre Karviná-Ráj. The PhDr. Pochyla´s nursing care quantification method was applied for calculation of the nursing staff headcount. A quantitative survey of time intensity of another nursing care is an important component of the thesis. The results of the thesis indicate that the staff headcount of the Orlová location corresponds to the ascertained requirements and the nursing staff headcount in the Karviná location should be raised.
