Tématem bakalářské práce je příspěvek na péči podle zákona o sociálních službách. Cílem je poskytnout ucelené informace týkající se příspěvku, zvýšit informovanost o něm a to i v širších souvislostech. Text je rozčleněn do šesti kapitol, z nichž každá je zaměřena na určitou oblast vztahující se k uvedenému příspěvku. První kapitola seznamuje se samotným zákonem o sociálních službách, další se věnuje charakteristice příspěvku, následující průběhu řízení. Čtvrtá kapitola přibližuje problematiku osob poskytujících pomoc, pátá činnost lékařských posudkových služeb. Poslední kapitola za pomoci grafů a tabulek znázorňuje statistické informace týkající se příspěvku na péči.The subject of this bachelor?s dissertation is the care allowance according to the social services law. The aim of this work is to provide the comprehensive information on the allowance and to increase its awareness including the wider context of the problem. This text is divided into six chapters, each of them focusing on specific area relating to the introduced topic. The first chapter familiarizes the social services law itself, the next one adds the characteristics of the allowance and the third one describes the proceedings process. The fourth chapter zooms on the topic of the aid-giving persons and the fifth one explains the activities of the medical compensation services. The last chapter illustrates the statistic details about the social services law using the graphs and tables.
