Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou úzkosti ze smrti u pacientů s akutním infarktem myokardu (AIM). Je zaměřena na všeobecné sestry, zda vnímají úzkost ze smrti u pacientů s AIM, jestli ji řeší a jakým způsobem. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části je obsáhnuta problematika úzkosti ze smrti pacientů a její význam v ošetřovatelské praxi. V praktické části jsou analyzovány, vyhodnoceny a prezentovány výsledky výzkumného šetření. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit, jak na všeobecné sestry interního oddělení Nemocnice ve Frýdku-Místku působí úzkost ze smrti u pacientů s AIM, jestli a jak pomáhají pacientům s úzkostí. Cílem této práce bylo také zjistit, jestli si sestry nosí starosti a zážitky z práce domů. Data byla shromážděna formou anonymního dotazníku.This bachelor thesis entitled death anxiety of patients with acurate myocardial infarction (AMI). Is aimed at a fact if nurses perceive death anxiety of patients with AMI and if and how they try to solve it.This work is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The death anxiety of patients and its consequences in the nursing proffesion are defined in the theoretical part. The practical part is a result of the own research. The results of the research are analysed, evaluated and presented in the practical part. The aim of the research was to find out how the death anxiety of patients affects the nurses of the medical ward of the Hospital Frýdek-Místek and if and how they help patients to cope with the anxiety. The aim of this thesis was also to find out if the nurses are able to forget their work worries at home. The data were collected by a method of an anonymous questionnaire.
