Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kvalitu ošetřovatelské péče a komunikaci mezi zdravotnickým personálem a pacienty na spinálních jednotkách. Teoretická část se zabývá příčinami poranění páteře a míchy, chirurgickou léčbou, základní ošetřovatelskou péčí a komunikací u pacientů s míšním poraněním. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky průzkumného šetření prováděného u pacientů na spinálních jednotkách v České republice. Byla vytvořena prezentace, která bude použita na Spinálním sjezdu v Kováčové ? Slovenská republika na podzim tohoto roku. Toto téma je stále otevřené, jelikož kvalitní ošetřovatelská péče zůstává prioritou ošetřovatelského personálu a komunikace mezi personálem a pacientem je základním kamenem pro vytvoření této základní složky ošetřovatelství. Výsledky průzkumného šetření jsou shrnuty v diskuzi a závěru.The theme of this bachelor paper is oriented on the quality of the treatment care and the communication between nursing stuff and a patiens on the spinal units. Desk study is concentred on the causation of the spinal column and spinal cord Injury, Surgery treatment, basic treatment care and the communication by the patints with the spinal column injury. The practical part elaborates outcomes of the investigation research, which was carryed out between patiens on the spinal units in Czech Republic.In the same time was composed the presentation, which will be used on the Spinal congress holding in autumn of this year in Kováčové ? Slovak Republic. This thema is still keeping opened, forasmuch as the good ? quality treatment care is the main concern of the nursing stuff and the communication between the stuff and their patiens creates the fundament for the basic components of the treatment care.The outcomes of the investigation research are sum up in the discussion and résumé.
