Práce se zabývá využitím klasifikačních systémů NANDA - International, NIC a NOC v ošetřovatelské praxi. Výzkumné šetření odpovídá na otázku Které NIC intervence a aktivity studenti Vyšší zdravotnické školy vybírají u pacienta s ošetřovatelskou diagnózou zhoršená pohyblivost - 00085 a jaké NOC hodnocené oblasti užívají? Pro účely šetření byla připravena česká verze úseků klasifikací NIC a NOC spadajících k uvedené ošetřovatelské diagnóze. U pacientů se zhoršenou pohyblivostí byl zmapován výskyt diagnostických prvků NANDA - Int. a zjištěna volba NIC a NOC fenoménů.This work deals with the usage of qualified systems NANDA - International, NIC and NOC in the nursing practice. Research examination answers the question Which NIC interventions and activities do medical students choose with patients with nursing diagnosis impaired physical mobility - 00085 and what NOC assessed areas do they use. For survey purposes, a Czech version of sections of NIC and NOC classification that fall within the aforementioned nursing diagnosis. There was mapped occurences of diagnostic items NANDA - Int. in patients with impaired physical mobility, and there was located a selection of NIC and NOC phenomenon.
