Předkládaná diplomová práce ?Evaluace programu Podporované zaměstnávání z pohledu klientů programu? si klade za cíl v teoretických východiscích nastínit situaci Romů v České republice se zaměřením na problematiku zaměstnanosti. Dále popisuje konspekt sociálního vyloučení a roli NNO jako jednoho z aktérů snažících se o minimalizaci sociálního vyloučení romské populace pomocí programu Podporovaného zaměstnávání. V empirické části se práce snaží zjistit, jak samotní klienti hodnotí program Podporovaného zaměstnávání Charity Olomouc.The following dissertation work ?The Evaluation of the Supported Employment Program from the Client?s Point of View? in its theoretical part outlines the situation of Romani people in Czech Republic focusing on the employment issue. This work further elaborates the concept of social exclusion considering the role of NGOs as an actor endeavoring to minimize Romani?s social exclusion using the Supported Employment Program. The empirical part tries to shred some light on the perception on this program by their very users ? Romanies.
