Dipl. Práce je věnována psychickému prožívání těhotenství, porodu a období po porodu. V teoretické části jsou popsány determinanty psychiky ženy, další část se zaměřuje na popis prožívání těhotenství, zvláště emočních poruch, které se mohu objevit. Nejrozsáhlejší část diplomové práce obsahuje příčny vzniku, klinické projevy a terapii psychických změn po porodu. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na prokázání depresivních projevů u žen krátce po porodu.This piece of work is focused especially on the psychological mood during the gestation period, the childbirth and the post-partum period. In the theoretical part there are described the determinants of women psyche, which can influence the contentment of particular stages. The next part is concentrated on the description of undergoing pregnancy, particularly on the emotional disorders, which may arise. The most extensive part pays attention to causes, clinical indications and the therapy of mental changes after the birth.
