Obsahem praktické části práce je analýza současného stavu poskytování benefitů ve společnosti WoodFinish, průzkum informovanosti a spokojenosti zaměstnanců společnosti s poskytovanými výhodami a návrh opatření, která mohou přispět ke zlepšení systému a vyšší spokojenosti zaměstnanců.The thesis has a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the role of employee benefits in the system of remuneration and evaluates the current trends in this field. The practical part analyses the current system of employee benefits in WoodFinish and a research carried out in the company shows how informed and satisfied the employees are with their benefits. Subsequently, a few suggestions which may have a positive impact on the system of employee benefits in the company are presented.
