Úžinové syndromy - syndrom karpálního tunelu: účinky fyzioterapie [rukopis] / Radana Poděbradská. -- Ved. práce Jiří Poděbradský. -- Abstrakt: Tato práce se zabývá etiologií syndromu karpálního tunelu (SKT), se zaměřením na jeho funkční složku. Ukazuje postavení komplexního kineziologického rozvoru ve stanovení podílu strukturální a funkční etiologie SKT a vhodnost zařazení tohoto vyšetření mezi standardní postupy při diferenciální diagnostice SKT. Dále seznamuje s možnostmi fyzioterapie při léčbě SKT a přináší nový pohled na reaktivitu cév během aplikace vakuum-kompresní terapie v závislosti na parametrech a subjektivním vnímání. VVýsledky výzkumu ukazují významné snížení intenzity a subjektivním vnímání. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují významné snížení intenzity subjektivních potíží, které koreluje se zlepšením některých hodnot elektromyografie a odvací nutnost provedení operačního zákroku.. -- Abstrakt: This thesis deals with the etiology of the carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), focusing on its functional element. It shows the position of the complex kinesiology analysis in determining the proportion between the structual and the functional CTS etiology, and the suitability of including this examination into the standard procedures performed during the CTS differential diagnosis. Further on, it also presents the possibilities of physiotherapy during the CTS treatment, and it offers a new outlook on the level of the reactivity of veins during the vacuum-complex therapy administration, depending on the parameters and the subjective perception. The results of the research show significant decrease in the intensity of subjective complaints, correlating to the improvement of some electromyography values and reverting the necessary surgical intervention.
