(65 458 znaků) : il. -- Ved. práce Petr Konečný. -- Oponent Petr Kolář. -- Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou funkčních patologií krční páteře a jejich vlivem na lidské zdraví. První část práce poskytuje detailní pohled na anatomii, fyziologii a kineziologii krční páteře a jejího místa v kontextu celé páteře. V další části práce je prozkoumána patokineziologie krční páteře, včetně vlivu používání chytrých telefonů na držení těla. Klinické příznaky onemocnění krční páteře jsou dále analyzovány s důrazem na rizikové faktory a jejich diagnostiku. Diagnostické postupy onemocnění krční páteře, včetně klinického a funkčního vyšetření a radiodiagnostiky, jsou popsány v samostatné sekci. Práce také představuje různé terapeutické přístupy k léčbě krční páteře, jako je edukace pacienta, fyzikální terapie, mobilizace a manipulace, farmakoterapie, dry needling, elektroterapie, kognitivně-behaviorální terapie chronické bolesti, chirurgické zákroky a bio-psycho-sociální terapie. Navíc se práce zmiňuje o perspektivách výzkumu v této oblasti.. -- Abstrakt: This bachelor thesis follows up the issue of functional pathologies of the cervical spine and their impact on human health. The first part of the thesis provides a detailed overview of the anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology of the cervical spine and its place in the context of the entire spine. In the next section of the thesis, the pathokinesiology of the cervical spine is explored, including the influence of smartphone usage on body posture. Clinical symptoms of cervical spine disorders are further analyzed with an emphasis on risk factors and their diagnosis. Diagnostic procedures for cervical spine disorders, including clinical and functional examinations and radiodiagnostics, are discussed in a separate section. The thesis also presents various therapeutic approaches to cervical spine treatment, such as patient education, physical therapy, mobilization and manipulation, pharmacotherapy, dry needling, electrotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy for chronic pain, surgical interventions, and bio-psycho-social therapy. Additionally, perspectives on research in this field are mentiones in the thesis.
