Cílem této bakalářské práci s názve "Nežádoucí účinky ionizujícího záření" je seznámení s působením ionizujícího záření. V úvodu jsou popsány procesy na buňkách. V dalších kapitolách jsou zpracovány nežádoucí účinky radioterapie, jejich ovlivnění a kritické tkáně, orgány a změny na nich. V poslední kapitole se věnuji nejčastějším diagnózám nádorových onemocnění.The aim of this bachelor's thesis entitled "Undesirable effects of ionizing radiation" is to become familiar with the effects of ionizing radiation. In the introduction, processes on cells are described. In other chapters, side effects of radiotherapy, their influence on critical tissues, organs and changes in them are processed. In the last chapter, I deal with the most common diagnoses of cancer.
