Tato bakalářská se zabývá zastoupením žen v politice a zejména důvody, proč jsou ženy v české politice podrezprezentovány. První kapitola obsahuje úvod do tématu, historický kontext vývoje zastoupení žen v politice a aktuální zastoupení žen v politických institucích v České republice. Ve druhé kapitole jsou rozebrány jednotlivé faktory, které mají vliv na nízké zastoupení žen v Poslanecké sněmovně Parlamentu České republiky. Třetí kapitola je věnována podrobné analýze kandidátních listin politických stran, které ve volbách do Poslanecké sněmovny Parlamentu České republiky v roce 2021 získaly alespoň 1 % hlasů.This bachelor thesis investigates the representation of women in politics and in particular the reasons why women are underrepresented in Czech politics. The first chapter contains an introduction to the topic, historical context of development of women's representation in politics and current representation in political institutions in the Czech Republic. The second chapter discusses the various factors that influence the low representation of women in the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech republic. The third chapter is devoted to a detailed anlysis of the candidate lists of political parties that obtained at least 1 % of votes in the 2021 elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic.
