Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou atrézie gastrointestinálního traktu u novorozenců. Atrézie je vrozená vada způsobující přerušení a slepé ukončení daného orgánu či jeho části. V rámci této problematiky byla rozebrána anatomie a fyziologie jednotlivých částí gastrointestinálního traktu, které úzce souvisí s důsledky přítomnosti atrézií. Dále je popsána epidemiologie, diagnostika, typy a operační léčba jednotlivých atrézií. Poté se práce zabývá krátkodobými a dlouhodobými pooperačními výsledky, na které je zaměřená následná terapie. Terapie je popsána dle jednotlivých obtíží, se kterými se děti s atréziemi potýkají, jedná se zejména o gastroezofageální reflux, dysfagie, respirační obtíže a jizvu.The topic of this bachelor thesis is gastrointestinal atresia in newborns. Atresia means a congenital defect causing an interruption and blind-ending of an organ or its part. The thesis deals with an anatomy, and physiology of parts of the gastrointestinal tract, which are closely related to the consequences of the presence of atresia. Furthermore, an epidemiology, diagnosis, types, and surgical treatment of atresia are described. Then the thesis deals with short-term and long-term postoperative outcomes, which are the focus of subsequent therapy. Therapy is described according to the different difficulties that children with atresia face, especially gastroesophageal reflux, dysphagia, respiratory difficulties, and scarring.
